“After completing the interview process, I joined Empiric confident in the vision and goals of the organization which were clear and consistent across every member of the leadership team. The organization’s desire to support healthcare systems and providers to deliver the best quality care at the most affordable cost to their patients was always the top priority. In addition, the opportunity to help create a differentiated and more digestible, actionable view of the data clinicians and health systems have been reviewing for years made the decision to join Empiric an easy one.”
“The CEO’s vision of building a company to bring a positive change to healthcare has been consistent from my initial interview through every encounter since. We have built a team that is truly passionate about driving positive change.”
“What brought me to Empiric was its combination of leadership and solution strength. After having spent nearly 15 years with a large consulting firm, I was ready to take on the challenges and rewarding experiences of a nimbler start-up firm. The opportunity to join a great team, help advance Empiric’s unique and powerful offering, and focus my efforts on making a real impact on our clients and their patients is extremely rewarding.”

“I joined the Empiric team to help tackle one of the leading issues within the healthcare industry — cost — in a way that has never been done before. The start-up environment allows for every voice to be a part of the conversation and the culture truly values that. The best part, though, is the people I get to work with. The opportunity to collaborate and innovate with an immensely experienced team with very different backgrounds that are all critical to the mission is great.”
“The mission of Empiric Health resonates deeply with me, and the people with whom I work are not only fantastic coworkers, but generally great people as well. The standards of professionalism are exceptionally high. The leadership has created an atmosphere where everyone is comfortable pushing themselves, and where everyone has an important role to play and is sincerely appreciated for it. This is a special place, and I’m grateful to be part of something so positive, so important, and so fun!”
